Let’s tear it down to the studs and start building with draft picks and, you know, bring in like Seattle did hundreds of guys for tryouts and let’s just rebuild this whole organization. I think that those things are in place. To me, it’s who can get me a quarterback in here.

Who can make these talented young offensive players on rookie contracts with a good offensive line? Who can make that thing Max out? That doesn’t necessarily mean it has to be the offensive wizard or genius, but has to be somebody who can come in and hire and empower that person to play winning football.
