ATLANTA – There were many high school football players that exemplified excellence on the field this year, but only one stood above them all. For 2023, the Buck Belue Show 680 The Fan High School Football Player of the Year is QB Luke Nickel.

Luke helmed the offense for the Milton High Eagles this season and racked up over 3,200 passing yards and made an appearance in Georgia’s Division 7A Playoff Semi-Finals.

Luke will be continuing his football career in Miami and has committed to playing for the Hurricanes upon graduation.
