WHO: Atlanta Track Club, Atlanta Braves
WHAT: Thousands of runners and walkers will get a chance to run into SunTrust Park at the Braves Country 5K presented by Mizuno. The 5K (ages 8 and older) starts in The Battery Atlanta and takes participants on the surrounding roads and streets before coming back into The Battery Atlanta, through the tunnels of SunTrust Park before finishing on the warning track.
This family-friendly event offers a dash for children 7 and younger. The dash will also take place on the warning track.
All participants will receive a commemorative Mizuno shirt. Each Braves Country 5K registration includes a ticket to a Braves home game. Additional game tickets can be purchased at a discounted rate for family and friends.

6:00 a.m. – Race number pickup opens
7:30 a.m. – 5K Start
8:15 a.m. – Dash Start
8:20 a.m. – 5K Awards Ceremony

PARKING: Parking is free in the Red Deck for up to four hours. Media are encouraged to arrive early to avoid race traffic.
