Alabama it’s just as likely to be points on the board for the Tide.

The biggest opportunity for Clemson, though, actually rests on the sidelines, not on the field.

It’s on Jeff Scott and Tony Elliott, the co-coordinators – the playcalling tonight has to make Alabama’s aggressiveness work against the Tide, which means misdirections, counters, a reverse . . . and every play in that category I’m talking about requires what’s been a good Clemson offensive line to raise its level to great, and to do it against one of the top 2 defensive lines in college football.

Possible? Yes. Would I give my money at the window on it? No.
