1. All (WCNN-AM) contests are open to the general public except for employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of (WCNN-AM), participating sponsors, their immediate families, and household members.
2. (WCNN-AM) reserves the right to end a contest at any time without any advance notice to the public.
3. (WCNN-AM) reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing.
4. An individual may win only once per 60-day (2 month) period, unless otherwise specifically stated.
5. An individual may win seasonal or one-time contests only once for the duration of that particular contest.
6. (WCNN-AM) limits one winner per household per contest.
7. All prizes must be claimed within two (2) weeks of date of winning. After two weeks, the prize will be invalidated, without advance notification to the winner.
8. All prizes must be claimed in person at the (WCNN-AM) studios at 3535 Piedmont Road, Bldg 14, Suite 1200, Atlanta, GA 30305 – from 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, beginning on the following business day after the date of winning, and within two weeks of winning, excluding holidays. After such time, ownership of said prize reverts back to (WCNN-AM) to be disposed of at the sole discretion of (WCNN-AM), with the winner losing all claims and rights to said prize.
9. Winners must present a valid picture ID when claiming prizes.
10. (WCNN-AM) reserves the right to require winners to fill out a Winner’s Affidavit and Release. Proof of identification and Social Security number will be required in order to claim cash prizes, as well as merchandise valued at $300.00 or more. Any false or misleading information provided by a contestant will result in the contestant’s disqualification.
11. To win, you must be 21 years of age or older at the time you apply for the contest, unless otherwise noted (i.e. Trips, automobiles, etc require 21 years of age or older).
12. (WCNN-AM) reserves the right to disqualify contestants, who it determines in its sole discretion do not meet eligibility requirements.
13. (WCNN-AM) reserves the right to withhold any prizes.
14. All State, Local, Federal and/or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize. Winner(s) will be issued with a FORM 1099 at the end of the calendar year, for prizes valued at $600.00 or more.
15. All prizes are awarded “as is.”
16. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged.
17. (WCNN-AM) reserves the right to substitute for any given prize, another prize of equal or greater value, at any time.
18. (WCNN-AM) shall not be responsible for the failure of participating sponsors to deliver prizes as promised.
19. Prizes consisting of travel and/or hotel accommodations are subject to availability (as well as other restrictions).
20. (WCNN-AM) is not responsible for damage or injury incurred in any form as a result of acceptance of a prize, trip or merchandise.
21. All entry blanks, forms, devices and materials, as well as all the information contained on or within, that is gathered during the course of entry, shall become the sole property of (WCNN-AM) to be used, disposed of or destroyed at the discretion of (WCNN-AM).
22. All entrants and winners agree that (WCNN-AM) may broadcast or publish their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for any reason (WCNN-AM) deems necessary without compensation and further agrees to hold (WCNN-AM) blameless and without liability for such publication, broadcast or use.
23. All entrants and winners agree that (WCNN-AM), and their affiliates, shall have no liability and shall be held blameless for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property insured by entering, participating in, winning or losing any contest by use or non-use of any prize received.
24. (WCNN-AM) reserves the right to issue particular rules pertaining to a particular contest and they shall be considered part and parcel of these Official Promotion Rules.
25. In the event of a tie, the winner of any contest shall be determined by random drawing or another means deemed appropriate by (WCNN-AM).
26. Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for (WCNN-AM) to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events at the sole discretion of (WCNN-AM), as well as forfeiture of any prize or prizes won by fraudulent means.
27. (WCNN-AM) reserves the right to amend or modify the rules as necessary without prior notice.
28. Winner may be required to meet third-party qualifications. If winner does not qualify, (WCNN-AM) is under no obligation to intercede on the winner’s behalf or provide a substitute prize.

1. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to the members of the general public who are residents of Georgia, possess a valid Georgia driver’s license, auto insurance card and is at least 21 years old as of the date of entry. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Dickey Broadcasting Company, d/b/a WCNN-AM, participating sponsors (TBD) (WCNN-AM, TBD collectively referred to as "Sponsor"), and their respective affiliates and the immediate families and household members of such persons are not eligible.
2. Void where prohibited by law. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
3. Promotion Period: The promotional period will begin on Monday, March 31st, 20038 at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and end on Thursday, May 1st, 2008 when the winner will be determined ("Promotional Period").
4. Entry: You may qualify for the giveaway by tuning into 680 AM every weekday morning during the promotional period at 7:20AM for the on-air host to announce the time that the sound clip from “Smokey and The Bandit” will be aired and the 6th caller to 404.231.1680 will be qualified. WCNN-AM shall not be responsible for any telephone equipment or operator failure. There will be a total of 68 listeners (20 on air during this promotional period plus 40 from TBD remote “Trans Am Stops” at TBD sponsors.
5. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason of tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the security, fairness, integrity, or proper administration of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway without any advance notice to the public and without any further obligation to award any prize whatsoever.
6. [LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Multiple entries will be disqualified.] No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any human, computer, or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entry blanks, forms, devices and materials, as well as all the information contained on or within, that is gathered during the course of entry shall become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned to contestant, and Sponsor may use, dispose of, or destroy these at the discretion of Sponsor.
7. An individual may win only one contest sponsored by WCNN-AM per 30-day (1 month) period. Only one winner per household per contest allowed.
8. Prizes: There will be a maximum of 68 total qualifiers who will each receive one envelope. After registering and signing the legal waiver and winner’s affidavit/release forms we will perform a “draw down” to determine 8 final contestants. One of those 8 final contestants will have an envelope containing the picture of the 77 Trans Am and will be deemed the winner of the vehicle.

   The winner shall receive an original 1977 Pontiac “Bandit Edition” Trans Am (AS IS). Any maintenance, options, upgrades and/or enhancements shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Approximate MSRP retail value of the vehicle is $30,000. Odds of winning depend are 1 and 68, odds of qualifying depend upon the amount of entries.

9. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of prize is permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to substitute for any given prize, another prize of equal or greater value, at any time.
10. All state, local, federal and/or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize. Winner(s) will be responsible for payment of all income taxes on prizes awarded and for that purpose will be issued a Form 1099 at the end of the calendar year for prizes valued at $600.00 or more.
11. Due to inventory availability, Sponsor has the right to deliver the vehicle to the winner within 45 days of prize notification which is May 3rd, 2008. After such time, ownership of said prize reverts back to Sponsor to be disposed of at the sole discretion of Sponsor, with the winner losing all claims and rights to said prize.
12. Winners must present a valid picture ID when claiming prizes.
13. Each contestant must fill out a Winner's Affidavit and Release and Waiver for eligibility, liability, and publicity prior to the start of the giveaway. Proof of identification and Social Security number will be required in order to claim cash prizes, as well as merchandise valued at $600.00 or more. Any false or misleading information provided by a contestant will result in the contestant's disqualification. Failure to fill out all documentation will render said contestant ineligible.
14. Disqualification: The selected winner may be disqualified, and in such case, the prize will not be awarded, if a selected winner (i) cannot be reached because the prize notification is returned as non-deliverable or (ii) fails to return documents timely. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify contestants who it determines in its sole discretion do not meet eligibility requirements.
15. All contestants by entering this Giveaway and the winner(s) by accepting the prize agree that Sponsor, and their parent companies, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, shall have no liability and shall be held blameless for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons, including death, or property arising in whole or in part, from entering, participating in, winning, or losing the Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activity and from any acceptance, possession, use, or non-use of any prize received.
16. ALL PRIZES WON ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. 17. WCNN-AM shall not be responsible for the failure of participating sponsors to deliver prizes as promised.
18. It is every contestant’s responsibility to contact WCNN-AM to make themselves aware of all applicable dates, times, locations and rules of said giveaway. It is not the responsibility of WCNN-AM or any other sponsor to notify contestant prior to giveaway.
19. The Giveaway is governed by, and these rules will be construed and interpreted pursuant to, the laws of the State of Georgia. YOU MUST BE A STATE OF GEORGIA RESIDENT.
20.
