I'm setting my Thursday afternoon aside to watch Women's Soccer! It's the 2nd time in the last two years that I"ve said that. The last time I took a big group to Dantannas , and we cheered on the Good Ole USA women , who LOST to Japan.

Ahhhh... revenge is best served Cold! with Sushi!

That USA/Canada game was Sick. Like so many of the Twitter followers said" one of the best sporting events of the year'.  It was, and it was a great catalyst for Patriotism 101. The Canadian coach was lipping off about the US players being dirty, and being known for cheating.

uh. no.

The US women are known for being better than Canada.

I met Abby Wambach at the Atlanta Soccer game last June, and it was after the World Cup Loss. THe Kennesaw stadium was sold out, with girls from age 1-100! It was fantastic. Hope Solo was supposed to be there, but didn't make the strip, but Heather Mitts and a handful of other team USA stars were there, and they signed every autograph, and did every interview. Real Class Acts!
