My dad and I love listening to the show on our morning commute. Y'all are fun to listen to! There is a point that needs to be made about the kids who "can't read or write," though. In a legal sense, UNLESS a person who is deemed illiterate can have a contract explained to them in terms they can understand, they are considered incompetent. In other words, they are legally UNABLE to make the contract and therefore should be unable to play ANY professional sport!

I listen to the show every day. I just keep asking myself the same thing about the four Alabama players: How are "students" who commit multiple counts of assault and battery and robbery against other students, on campus, not kicked out of school?

rude..i want you and perry to tell me what is so attractive about a grown woman that looks like a toothpick…you dogged miranda lambert about her weight, but I saw her and that woman looked good. You see rude, real men need a little meat on the bones. I guess you don’t like trisha yearwood….we know how you feel about adele…..and christina aguilera as well as jessica simpson. Nothing wrong with a thick woman but I guess for guys like you and perry you prefer Karen Carpenter types.

Move it to the old GM plant. There's a MARTA right there and a ton of unused real estate. I live in Chamblee so it may be a little self serving, but I have no problem with it.

Atlanta not have enough sprawl for you buddy? Need to move things out even further? Do you realize the infrastructure that would be needed to move it? More traffic. More hotels. Sewer lines to the hotels. Roads to them. Driveways. Power lines to them. Lack of transit.

Atlanta needs as much concentrated in the ACTUAL CITY OF ATLANTA as possible. 50 years of white flight to the burbs has turned Atlanta into the mess it is today. Thank god people are starting the process of moving back to the city and the stadium will help that... purely from a numbers and infrastructure wise as well as a symbol for ATLANTA, not freaking Duluth.

So the Olympics are getting rid of wrestling, the ultimate mano a mano sport. which, with track and field were the first two Olympic sports ever, but are still going to keep:
 
- rhythmic gymnastics
- synchronized swimming
- synchronized diving
- badminton
- ping pong
- trampoline
- skeet shooting
- archery
- equestrian; and other contrived events.

No it didn’t last long but it was better than anything on tv today. I get angry when I hear people still saying that cosell was racist. He said look at that monkey run…about the redskins alvin garrett, yet that’s what cosell always said. He even once called Mike Adamle a monkey…he is white and he referred to his own grandkids as monkeys. After Cosell left MNF, it sucked and really hasn’t been the same since. Howard Cosell was truly the best commentator and broadcaster in history. Madden was good, but 50 years from now, people will still remember the great Howard Cosell…..
